Pack the order, send one link, get the paid label.
For people who sell in Facebook groups, on Instagram or by message and ask the buyer for shipping after the box is packed. One link replaces the back-and-forth: no asking for an address, no working out postage, no chasing a second payment, no matching a label to the right buyer.
How it goes
-
Pack it, weigh it, measure it.
Make a link with the packed box's weight and size and the carriers you're happy to drop off at. About a minute; your details are filled in after the first one.
-
Send the link.
Text it, message it or email it. The short link fits in a chat.
-
The buyer does their part.
They enter their address, pick a price (USPS, UPS or FedEx at discounted rates, all fees included) and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay or a card. You get the label by email; they get the receipt and tracking. Tape it on, drop it off.
Is this for you?
- It is if… you already quote shipping as a second payment once you know the box: combined purchases, odd-sized items, a different box every time.
- It probably isn't if… you already charge one total and buy your label easily. Then this adds a step for your buyer, and you'd do better with Get a Quote.
What your buyer sees
Your name or business name and city, the box, and the prices from the carriers you allowed. Never your street address, phone or email.

Shipping from Gopher Goods
- Ships from Phoenix, AZ 85004
- Box: 3 lb, 12 × 12 × 4 in
- Carriers: USPS, UPS
Example prices for a 3 lb box from Phoenix to San Francisco; your buyer's prices depend on the box and the route.
What stays out of your way
- Your buyer's price is final. If the carrier re-measures and bills more, it's charged to the card you saved, never to your buyer. Nothing is charged when you save it, and nothing if there's no adjustment.
- Not paid within 30 days? The link just expires. Paid but never scanned within 7 days? We cancel the label and refund the buyer automatically; you don't get a chargeback or a message.
- Your street address, phone and email stay private while they pay. They see your name or business name and city.
- Every link in one place. With a free account (just your email, no password): awaiting payment, paid, shipped, delivered, with live tracking, and the next link is one tap.
What it costs you
Nothing. The buyer pays the discounted carrier price plus a small service fee, shown before they pay (how pricing works). Making links is free.
Questions
Can I use one link for a few things at once?
Yes. Pack them together, enter that box's weight and size, and the buyer pays one shipping price.
What if the buyer doesn't pay?
Nothing happens. The link expires after 30 days and nobody is charged.
Can the buyer pick a slower, cheaper service?
Yes, from the carriers you allowed. Untick any carrier you don't want to drive to.
Does the buyer need an account?
No. Neither do you; a free account only saves you typing next time.
