Questions

Do I need an account to buy a label?

No. Anyone can buy a label or pay a shipping link without one. An account is optional and free.

Is there a password?

No. We email you a one-use sign-in link, or you sign in with Google. Your first sign-in creates the account.

What does an account save?

Your name, address and phone, and (for sellers) one card for carrier adjustments. Never your box: every package is weighed and measured fresh, so the price is always right.

Will labels I bought before show up?

Yes. Labels bought with the same email before you had an account appear on your shipments page too.
